As a Supervisor in our Claims Customer Service intake center you will supervise a team to provide support for customer accounts and incoming claims. You will prioritize and manage workload to ensure assignments address the objectives of the company, department, and customers.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for day-to-day supervision and performance management of a team. Manage workflow and account distribution. Monitor and prioritize team workload.
* Use the objective setting and performance evaluation processes to ensure employees understand the expectations, receive regular feedback, and are appropriately rewarded. Deal decisively with performance and/or conduct issues using the performance management process.
* Partner with other departments to ensure system solutions meet customer needs.
* Resolve escalated customer problems/issues on an ongoing basis. Troubleshoot the most complex product functionality and data problems.
* Support customer accounts, including consultation on integration opportunities.
* Responsible for analyzing the most complex customer reporting requirements and developing business requirements.
* Keep abreast of competitive development and service capabilities to ensure department maintains a position of leadership in the industry

Requirements |
Qualifications:
* Bachleor's Degree or equivalent
* Fluent in Spanish is REQUIRED
* Demonstrated ability to organize, lead and get work done through others; in depth knowledge of knowledge of RMIS services/products, PCs and related software; effective customer service, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
* 5+ years of related experience.
* Prior supervisory experience preferred.
* Sound knowledge of Property/Casualty/Group Insurance and Risk Management principles preferred.
